Terms and Conditions

By submitting this application, you certify that you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • A non-refundable service fee is required when the students submit a private board application form.
  • NZESTAR is not responsible for any lease signed between the student and the landlord.
  • The private board application must be submitted to the homestay team no later than 3 weeks before moving into a flat. Students who submit a late application will be charged a NZD$100 emergency placement fee.
